What is Jake’s Loft’s Return Policy for merchandise purchased in the store?

We will gladly refund or exchange merchandise purchased at Jake’s Loft.

Refunds with Original Receipt:

With an original receipt, refunds will be issued in the original tender within 30 days of purchase. 

Purchases made with checks may be refunded only after 14 days from date of purchase.

Returned merchandise must be in sellable condition.

Refunds with an Original Gift Receipt:

With an original gift receipt, store credit or exchanges will be issued within 30 days of purchase.

Returned merchandise must be in sellable condition.

Can I return something that I did not buy at Jake’s Loft?

Since we are an independent retailer, we are not able to accept returns of Life is good® merchandise purchased at other retailers. If you need to return merchandise purchased at another retailer, you will need to call Life is good® customer service at (888) 339-2987. Life is Good® has the option of replacing the item, if it is available, or replacing the item with a Lifeisgood.com gift card for the equal value. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay the shipping to and from Life is good®.

How do I sign up for Jake’s Loft emails?

We use informational emails to communicate special events, news, sales, the arrival of new merchandise, and other fun stuff about Jake’s Loft with our customers. We send about one to two emails to our customers per month. Please click here, and you will be directed to our email sign up page. You have the opportunity to opt out of our emails at any time by clicking the opt out link at the bottom of the emails

How do I buy a gift card?

Gift cards are available for purchase at Jake’s Loft. If you cannot make it into the store, call us at (817) 310-0882 and we will process the gift card and mail it for you anywhere in the United States.

How long are gift cards redeemable?

Gift cards stay active for 12 months.

How do I check the balance of my gift card?

Call us at (817) 310-0882 and we will help you determine the balance of your gift card. All we need to look up the balance is the number beneath the barcode on the back of the card.
